Now it is possible to get fresh brewed coffee while camping using the new Brunton BrewFire™ Coffee Maker. This innovative product is just like your coffee maker at home, only this one is fueled by propane or butane fuel and can be taken almost anywhere. It is rather large with dimensions of 10 x 14 x 10 inches and weighs 6.5 pounds with the carafe. You wouldn’t want to take this backpacking but the Brunton BrewFire™ Coffee Maker is great for the campsite, the tailgate, picnics and anywhere else you want a fresh cup of coffee. As with any propane powered item, use outdoors or in well ventilated areas only.
Coffee is easy to make: Just pour in your coffee of choice, turn the knob and flip a switch and you’re brewing up to eight steaming hot cups of java. It makes 8 cups of coffee in 10 to 12 minutes. I can smell the aroma of fresh brewed coffee now - think I’ll go get a cup.
I bought coffee pot two weeks ago from go2 outfitters inc. I wanted it for the weekend & they shipped it on time (Alberta, Canada). I get up in the morning, start my coffee and in 10 -15 mins it “beeps” and my coffee is ready. It stays hot in the pot for a good three hours. They need to improve the quality of swinging basket…but other that, I love my NEW coffee machine when we are at the cabin.
